How It Started

A Vision of a Safer, Stronger Fitness Space

HerStrength was founded in 2023 out of a simple observation: traditional gyms can often feel intimidating, overcrowded, and disconnected from women's specific wellness needs.

We set out to design a fitness sanctuary that combines elite-level coaching, evidence-based training methods, and a deeply supportive community.
