How to Build a Sustainable Morning Routine

How you start your morning sets the tone for the rest of your day. But a good morning routine shouldn't feel like a chore.
Keep It Simple
Don't try to implement a 10-step routine overnight. Start small. Choose one or two habits to focus on, such as drinking a glass of water before coffee or taking five minutes to stretch.
Prioritize Peace
Avoid looking at your phone immediately upon waking. Give yourself at least 15-30 minutes of screen-free time to let your mind wake up naturally. Use this time for journaling, meditation, or simply enjoying your coffee in silence.
Move Your Body
You don't have to do a full workout, but some form of movement is highly beneficial. A gentle yoga flow, a quick walk around the block, or even just some dynamic stretching can increase blood flow and wake up your nervous system.
